Bookings and Compensation
In addition to travel design and planning, AFTERNOON arranges and books travel services on behalf of clients through its affiliated travel partners, acting solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers.
AFTERNOON may receive commissions or other compensation from third-party suppliers in connection with bookings arranged on a client’s behalf.
Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services before work begins. Any applicable payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
Service fees compensate AFTERNOON for professional time, research, planning, and the creation of bespoke recommendations prepared specifically for each client.
Because services are customized and delivered on a client-specific basis, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Rescheduling of a scheduled consultation or session may be accommodated with reasonable notice and is subject to availability.
Reservations, accommodations, dining, activities, transportation, and other third-party services are subject to the individual terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies of each supplier.
AFTERNOON is not responsible for refunds, charges, penalties, schedule changes, cancellations, or other actions taken by third-party suppliers.
Reservation of Rights
AFTERNOON may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offering, or website content at any time without prior notice.
AFTERNOON reserves the right to decline or terminate services where necessary for operational, legal, or business reasons.
Communications
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions provided to AFTERNOON may be used to improve, develop, or modify services without obligation, acknowledgment, or compensation.

Governing Law
This website and any related services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawai'i, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Where services are engaged, the applicable Agreement and Payment Terms shall govern, and in the event of any conflict with the policies on this website, the provisions of those agreements shall prevail.
These Terms are provided in English and Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.
